I left my home city, London, for Frankfurt in 2016; to immerse myself into the German culture, improve my foreign language skills and experience life abroad on a long-term basis.
Since relocating, this platform shares the triumphs and challenges of living abroad, as well as things to do in Frankfurt, and navigating life in Germany.
I work in Marketing and Communications – surprise! Whilst moving abroad has allowed me to flourish personally, at work I have progressed from being a tactical specialist to a successful strategic thinker. But for more on that, you can check out my LinkedIn profile.
Seven years of living in Frankfurt and I can say I’m truly happy here. The road is sometimes bumpy, but I don’t think you choose to move abroad unless you’re ready for the challenge 😉
